Modular Conveyor Line and Inspection/Assembly Equipment System​

BRILS Corporation provides assembly and inspection systems integrated with modular conveyors. This system implements the 3D design of conveyors using modular standard methods and develops a perfect control system using Eplan electrical design software. Prioritizing worker safety and convenience, this method reduces installation time and enables integration with various equipment. Technically, our system offers over 98% technical availability, with average time between failures (MTBF) of less than 8 hours and average time to repair (MTTR) of less than 10 minutes. 

The cycle time is up to a maximum of 60 seconds (UPH 60 x 0.75 = 45), with production time of 8 to 10 hours in two shifts per day. The replacement time for one module is 1 minute, and for one jig, it is 5 minutes, with a quick changeover time of 5 seconds. The maximum height of the lift device and workspace is 2.8m, and the measurement system analysis (MSA) is less than 10%. The warranty start is determined through negotiation.
