Steering Wheel Inspection System

BRILS Corporation’s steering wheel inspection system is a premium tool that provides comprehensive quality inspection of steering wheels. 

It examines the switches, vibrations, noises, operating forces, vision inspection, dampers, bolt presence, and horn contacts of the steering wheel, ensuring the optimal functioning of each part. This system standardizes the actual data of switch operation, vibration, vision capture, and exterior capture, compares it with the standard specifications, and provides pass/fail judgements.

Equipped with modules for testing all key functions of the steering wheel, it allows for comprehensive testing in the production line. The inspection results are visualized via a digitized measurement system and presented to the operator.
