BRILS has been selected as a 2024 Family-Friendly Certified Company by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and attended the “2024 Family-Friendly Certified Company Plaque Ceremony” held in Incheon.
The Family-Friendly Certification is awarded to companies and institutions that demonstrate exemplary family-friendly policies. BRILS was recognized for its various welfare programs aimed at balancing work and family life, including flexible working hours, early leave on Family Day once a week, child education and childcare support, and family vacation subsidies.
In addition, BRILS enhances employee satisfaction by offering full tuition coverage, job-specific training, job-level education, BRILS Culture Day (monthly cultural lectures), and team cultural activity funding.
Incheon Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok mentioned BRILS during the plaque ceremony and praised the company for its efforts in promoting work-life balance.
